ISO-Revisions: How to Conduct the Stakeholder Analysis

September 14, 2018 is rapidly approaching. On this day, all certificates that had been issued according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 will lose their validity. For certified sites that have not yet begun the transition to the new versions of the standards, the time to act is now.

At the time of writing, approximately 60 % of all DQS customers have successfully completed the transition to ISO 9001:2015. For organizations that have yet to complete this step, we recommend taking into account the 90-day period for closing any possible non-conformities – meaning the initial audit would have to take place at latest by June 2018.

During the transition audits, we have noticed that a considerable number of organizations struggle with the identification of interested parties, as required by the standards.
